What information we collect and why

Use of this website requires various types of information to be collected as follows:

  • Automatic: During website use, certain types of information are collected about your device such as its location, IP address, browser type and its operating system. This is done using cookies to enhance the user experience; for example, recognising what screen-size is being used to enable clearer text display.

  • User-Provided: Tying messages in the chat box, sending requests for information etc. We of course need to store and process this information in order to respond to your query.
     

Enquiry Forms

When you click the buttons on the website, your email application is opened with a new email ready for you to type your enquiry. Your details are collected in our Customer Relationship Database to enable us to respond.

Where your information is stored

Emails: Within O365 and Microsoft’s Datacentres for the UK are in Durham, London, and Cardiff.  

CRM: Our CRM app. is owned and operated by Wix.com Ltd., based in Israel, which is considered by the European Commission to be offering an adequate level of protection for the Personal Information of EU Member State residents. Personal Information may be stored in datacentres located in the United States of America, Ireland, Japan and Israel. If Wix.com transfers your Personal Information to the United States or anywhere outside Europe, they will make sure that there is a level of protection deemed adequate by the European Commission or that the relevant model standard contractual clauses are in place.

How long we retain your data

If you submit personal information the website does not store this. Any information that remains unused on our CRM for more than 3 years will be deleted.
